Our dedicated pregnancy group classes are conducted with a maximum of 8 participants to ensure proper care and attention.
Before joining your first class, it is essential your get approval from your doctor/OB. We also ask that we have an initial free consultation to ensure we can take the best care of you in class.
Pregnant clients are also welcome to join our Be. Free classes. Our instructors are trained in pre- and post-natal exercise and will make necessary adjustments to allow you to safely join these classes.
